Location of Wild Wood Bristol Forest School

Located less than 10 minutes from South Bristol, our groups are run within Dawson's Walk Woodland in Long Ashton.  From South Bristol take the A370 dual carriageway South following the signs for Long Ashton.  Once you are on the main road that leads through Long Ashton turn left onto Theynes Croft opposite the old Northleaze Primary School buildings.  Follow this for a third of a mile until the housing development gives way to a grassed clearing.  There is street parking available here.

Try to arrive 10 mins before the start of the session and wait beside the grassed clearing near to the Festival Way cycle path.  If you arrive after the session starts then walk across the grass down from the path, towards the wood.  There you will find a small bridge that leads straight ahead into the woods (not a field).  The Wild Wood Bristol Forest School site is a further 80 meters along the path.
